First: How to Check the Prize

1. Scratch the prize area on the card to reveal the type of prize.
2. After scratching the card, the customer is no longer eligible for product return or exchange.

Second: Prize Claim Process

3. Visit the prize website through the designated link.
4. Enter all required information and submit the request.
5. Deraah Customer Service will contact the customer to confirm the accuracy of the information, the prize type, and request a clear photo of the card.

Third: Prize Redemption Conditions

6. Each card is eligible for one prize only.
7. The prize will be issued based on the information submitted on the prize website after verification.
8. The prize cannot be transferred to another person after registration.

Fourth: Vouchers and Discount Codes

9. If the prize is a SAR 500 shopping voucher or an additional 10% discount code, it can be used only through the online store.
10. The discount code must be entered before completing the payment.
11. The discount code is valid until 30 June 2026.

Fifth: Shipping of Physical Prizes

If the customer wins one of the following prizes:

• Eyebrow Powder Palette (6 colors)
• 4 Q&A nail polishes
• iPhone 17
• Apple AirPods
• Apple Watch

The prize will be shipped within 15 to 30 business days from the date the customer service team confirms the submitted information.

Sixth: General Terms

13. The original card must be kept until the prize is received.
14. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
15. Deraah reserves the right to amend, change, suspend prizes, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
