T&C and Prize Distribution Procedure >
1. Scratch the prize area on the card to find out what prize you won. Please note that the customer loses the right to return or exchange the product after scratching the card.
2. Visit the prize website by clicking the icon below (enter your details to claim the prize on the card), fill in all the required information, verify, and submit the request.
3. You will be contacted by a Deraah customer service representative to confirm your details, verify the type of prize on the card, and request a photo of the card. Therefore, please ensure that you enter your mobile number correctly and keep the card to claim the prize.
4. The prize can only be claimed once per card.
5. The prize is granted to the person whose information was submitted on the prize website, after verification by Deraah customer service.
6. If you win the additional 10% discount code, it can only be used on the online store.
7. To redeem the additional 10% discount code on the online store, enter the code found on the card correctly before completing the payment. Note that the code expires on August 31, 2025.
8. If you win one of the following prizes: PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, or a signed jersey from Falcons players or content creators, it will be delivered to the specified delivery center in the city you selected within 15 days from the date customer service contacts you.
9. If you win a cash prize of 2,500 SAR, a customer service representative will contact you to collect your approved bank transfer details. The amount will be transferred within 15 days from the date of contact, after delivering the prize card to the designated delivery center in your selected city.
10. If you win the "Dream Setup" prize, customer service will contact you to verify your information and the type of prize, and collect a photo of the card. Afterwards, the Falcons team will coordinate with you to arrange and prepare your dream setup.
11. Deraah reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue the prizes at any time, or to amend the terms and conditions.
1. أكشط منطقة الجائزة في الكرت لتعرف الجائزة التي فزت بها، وللعلم يفقد العميل حق الاسترجاع والاستبدال للمنتج بعد الكشط للكرت.

6. في حال الفوز بكود الخصم الإضافي 10%، يتم الاستفادة منه في المتجر الإلكتروني فقط.
7. للاستفادة من كود الخصم الإضافي 10% في المتجر الإلكتروني، يجب إدخال كود الخصم الموجود في الكرت بشكل صحيح قبل إتمام عملية الدفع. علمًا بأن الكود ينتهي في 31 أغسطس 2025.
8. في حالة الفوز بأحد هذه الجوائز: بلايستيشن 5، ننتندو سويتش، قميص موقع من لاعبي وصانعي محتوى فالكونز، سيتم تسليمها في مركز التسليم المحدد في المدينة التي تم اختيارها خلال 15 يومًا من تاريخ التواصل معك من موظفي خدمة العملاء.
9. في حالة الفوز بجائزة مالية 2500 ريال، سيتم التواصل معك من قبل موظف خدمة العملاء وأخذ بيانات التحويل البنكي المعتمد ليتم تحويلها للحساب خلال 15 يومًا من تاريخ التواصل، بعد تسليم كرت الجائزة لمركز التسليم المحدد في المدينة المختارة.
10. في حالة الفوز بـ "سيت أب الأحلام"، سيتم التواصل معك من قبل موظفي خدمة العملاء للتأكد من بياناتك ونوع الجائزة، وأخذ صورة من الكرت. بعد ذلك، سيتواصل معك فريق فالكونز للتنسيق في إعداد وتجهيز سيت أب الأحلام.
11. يحق لشركة درعه تعديل أو تغيير أو إيقاف الجوائز في أي وقت، أو تعديل الشروط والأحكام.
